Williamson Wellness Center exists to rebuild strength, reduce pain, and improve movement through medically-informed, highly individualized care. Every program is designed with a deep respect for the client’s health history, physical condition, and goals—supported by clinical collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Dr. Wendy Williamson is a PhD in Exercise Science with nearly 30 years of experience in post-rehabilitation, medical exercise, and functional movement. She is nationally recognized as a speaker, educator, and consultant in the field of fitness and recovery.
Her career includes:
Presenting at national certification and training conferences
Serving as a preceptor for the WSU Physician Associate program
Mentoring interns and students from Wichita State University
Authoring book chapters and professional articles
Collaborating on Parkinson’s research with WSU’s Physician Associate and Physical Therapy Departments
Dr. Williamson is known for her ability to assess complex physical conditions, problem-solve with precision, and support clients in achieving meaningful, lasting improvements in mobility and wellness.

Williamson Wellness Center isn’t about trends or one-size-fits-all routines. It’s a quiet, focused, clinically-respected environment where people come to recover with confidence. Many clients are referred by physicians, surgeons, or other medical professionals, but all are welcome—especially those who feel underserved or overlooked by traditional fitness spaces.
With the recent addition of the Recovery Room and new 40/20 sessions, the studio now offers an even deeper level of support, combining therapeutic movement with science-backed recovery technologies.
