Meet the Team

Emily is a St. Louis, Missouri native and a graduate of Wichita State University (WSU), where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. 

Before graduating from WSU, she was an intern at Williamson Wellness Center.  She is passionate about helping individuals improve their strength, health, and overall quality of life through personalized fitness programs. 

"Em" takes a client-centered approach, focusing on creating sustainable habits and achieving meaningful results.

Outside of fitness, she enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.  Fun fact:  She is a triplet!!
